Política de devoluciones
Puedes devolver la mayoría de los artículos nuevos y sin abrir en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la fecha de entrega para obtener un reembolso completo. También cubriremos los gastos de envío de la devolución si esta se debe a un error nuestro (recibiste un artículo incorrecto o defectuoso, etc.).
Debería recibir su reembolso en un plazo de cuatro semanas a partir de la fecha en que entregue el paquete a la empresa de mensajería, aunque en muchos casos lo recibirá antes. Este plazo incluye el tiempo de tránsito para que recibamos su devolución (de 5 a 10 días hábiles), el tiempo que tardamos en procesarla una vez recibida (de 3 a 5 días hábiles) y el tiempo que tarda su banco en procesar nuestra solicitud de reembolso (de 5 a 10 días hábiles).
Si necesita devolver un artículo, inicie sesión en su cuenta, consulte el pedido mediante el enlace «Pedidos Completados» en el menú «Mi Cuenta» y haga clic en el botón «Devolver artículo(s)». Le notificaremos el reembolso por correo electrónico una vez que hayamos recibido y procesado el artículo devuelto.

Realizamos envíos a prácticamente cualquier dirección del mundo. Tenga en cuenta que existen restricciones para algunos productos y que algunos no se pueden enviar a destinos internacionales.
Al realizar un pedido, calcularemos las fechas de envío y entrega según la disponibilidad de los artículos y la opción de envío que elija. Dependiendo del proveedor de envío, las fechas estimadas de entrega podrían aparecer en la página de cotización de envío.
Tenga en cuenta que los gastos de envío de muchos de nuestros artículos se calculan según el peso. El peso de cada artículo se indica en su página de detalles. Para ajustarnos a las políticas de las empresas de transporte, todos los pesos se redondearán a la libra entera superior.

Our general contractor specified the Unikoo CRG system for the interior railing on our home addition project. The standoff hardware is noticeably solid each base has real weight to it and the stainless finish is consistent across all fittings. The glass panels fit precisely between the standoffs with no adjustment needed after the substrate holes were drilled. Looking through the railing from the living area into the kitchen the glass is genuinely invisible you see the space, not the barrier. Two months in and the hardware shows zero signs of wear or finish degradation. Very happy with how the finished space reads.

We used the CRG railing system to enclose the raised kitchen level in our split level home and the result is exactly what we were going for. The glass panels run the full length of the upper platform with standoff hardware along the bottom edge and the view from the living room into the kitchen is completely unobstructed. The stainless steel standoff bases sit flush and clean on the hardwood deck surface. Glass is thick and clear with zero greenish tint it disappears into the room the way frameless glass should. Installation took one full day with two people. Every panel arrived perfectly crated with no damage. For a project this size the factory direct pricing made a significant difference in the budget.

Ordered the 5 pieces CRG set for a raised living area project. Arrived within the shipping window, packaged extremely well each glass panel individually crated with reinforced foam on all edges, zero damage. The standoff hardware has a satisfying weight to it and the brushed stainless finish is consistent across every fitting. Glass panels are clear and thick with polished edges throughout. Took two of us one full day to complete from layout to final panel placement. The open sightline between levels after installation is exactly what we wanted the glass disappears and the space reads as one connected room. As a contractor who installs glass railing systems regularly, the CRG is one of the more straightforward systems I have worked with at this price point. The standoff hardware is 316 stainless throughout I verified the grade before ordering and it matches what ships. Glass panels are cut accurately, edges are polished cleanly, and the SGCC certification is present on each panel. Layout and drilling is the only variable that requires care once the substrate holes are positioned correctly the system goes together quickly. Unikoo technical support was responsive when I had a pre installation question about substrate spacing. Will be specifying this system again on upcoming projects.

We installed the CRG system along the edge of our raised dining platform and the finished result is exactly what the space needed clean lines, full sightlines, and stainless hardware that matches our other fixtures. The glass is crystal clear and the standoff bases sit perfectly flat on the tile deck. Giving 4 stars because we had to re drill two standoff positions after our first layout measurement was slightly off not a product issue, just something to take your time on. Once all standoffs were correctly positioned the panels dropped in without any adjustment. The glass thickness and hardware quality both feel premium.
