Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that have been installed or used
- Clearance or final sale items

Returns are processed through our U.S. warehouse.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to the size and nature of large items such as shower doors, return shipping costs may be higher.

Damaged During Shipping
If your item is damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement or solution at no additional cost.

To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- Item must not be installed

Refunds
Once received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if needed.
